Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed salad greens (such as spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (optional)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Toss gently to mix.
If desired, toast the sliced almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few minutes until lightly browned. Remove from heat and let them cool.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
Sprinkle the toasted almonds and crumbled feta cheese (if using) over the top of the salad.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
