Here's a Delicious Recipe for Alfredo Sauce Pasta with Chicken Strips:

 



Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta (or any pasta of your choice)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain the pasta and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

  4. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring it to a gentle simmer. Let it cook for about 2 minutes.

  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and unsalted butter, allowing them to melt and create a creamy sauce. Continue to stir until the sauce is smooth and well combined.

  6. Add the cooked chicken strips back to the skillet and stir to coat them in the Alfredo sauce. Let everything simmer together for another minute or so to let the flavors meld.

  7. Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper to your liking. Remember that the Parmesan cheese can be salty, so adjust accordingly.

  8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it with the sauce until the pasta is well coated.

  9. Serve the Alfredo sauce pasta with chicken strips on plates, and if desired, garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
