Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a zip-top bag, and pour the marinade over them, making sure to coat each piece evenly. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes, or you can refrigerate it overnight for even more flavor.
- Once the chicken has marinated, remove it from the dish or bag, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.
- Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts, so make sure to check for doneness.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the grilled chicken with your favorite side dishes, such as grilled vegetables, salad, or rice.
Enjoy your delicious grilled chicken!
