Here's a simple recipe for brewing coffee using a drip coffee maker:

 



Ingredients:

  • Freshly roasted coffee beans (medium-coarse grind)
  • Water
  • Filter

Instructions:

  1. Measure out the desired amount of water for your brew. A general rule is to use about 1 to 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds for every 6 ounces (180 ml) of water. Adjust the measurements according to your taste preferences.

  2. Fill the water reservoir of your drip coffee maker with the measured water. Make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for your specific coffee maker.

  3. Place a clean filter in the designated filter basket of the coffee maker.

  4. Add the appropriate amount of coffee grounds to the filter. Again, adjust the amount based on your desired strength.

  5. Close the lid of the coffee maker and start the brewing process according to the manufacturer's instructions. The water will heat up and flow through the coffee grounds, extracting the flavors and aromas.

  6. Once the brewing process is complete, carefully remove the carafe from the coffee maker to avoid any spills or burns. Give the coffee a gentle stir to ensure it is well mixed.

  7. Serve the coffee immediately in your favorite mug and enjoy!

Optional: You can add milk, cream, sugar, or any other flavorings of your choice to customize your coffee to your liking.

Note: This recipe is specifically for a drip coffee maker. If you have a different brewing method, such as a French press or espresso machine, the instructions may vary.
