Here's a simple recipe for bread and fried egg:

 



Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice of bread)
  • 2 eggs
  • Butter or cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add a small amount of butter or cooking oil to the pan and let it melt.
  3. Crack the eggs into the pan, being careful not to break the yolks. If you prefer, you can crack the eggs into a separate bowl first and then slide them into the pan.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper onto the eggs.
  5. Let the eggs cook for a few minutes until the whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny (or cook them to your desired level of doneness).
  6. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a separate pan until they are golden brown.
  7. Once the eggs are cooked, carefully slide a spatula underneath each egg and transfer them to a plate.
  8. Place one egg on top of each slice of toasted bread.
  9. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious bread and fried egg!
