Mango Lab-e-Shireen Eid Special Dessert Recipe

 


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mango pulp (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup mixed fruit cocktail (drained)
  • 1 cup jelly cubes (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup tutti frutti (candied fruits)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • A few drops of rose water or kewra essence (optional)
  • Ice cream or kulfi for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mango pulp, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped cream. Mix well until everything is well combined.
  2. Add the mixed fruit cocktail, jelly cubes, tutti frutti, and chopped nuts to the mango mixture. Mix gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.
  3. Taste the mixture and add sugar if needed, according to your preference.
  4. If desired, add a few drops of rose water or kewra essence for added fragrance. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual serving bowls.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the dessert to set.
  7. Once chilled and set, garnish with additional chopped nuts and tutti frutti.
  8. Serve the Mango Lab-e-Shireen chilled on its own or with a scoop of ice cream or kulfi, if desired.
