Ingredients:
- 2 cups mango pulp (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup mixed fruit cocktail (drained)
- 1 cup jelly cubes (any flavor)
- 1/2 cup tutti frutti (candied fruits)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
- 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- A few drops of rose water or kewra essence (optional)
- Ice cream or kulfi for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mango pulp, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped cream. Mix well until everything is well combined.
- Add the mixed fruit cocktail, jelly cubes, tutti frutti, and chopped nuts to the mango mixture. Mix gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.
- Taste the mixture and add sugar if needed, according to your preference.
- If desired, add a few drops of rose water or kewra essence for added fragrance. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual serving bowls.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to allow the flavors to blend and the dessert to set.
- Once chilled and set, garnish with additional chopped nuts and tutti frutti.
- Serve the Mango Lab-e-Shireen chilled on its own or with a scoop of ice cream or kulfi, if desired.
