Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup rum (optional for an alcoholic version)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions:
- Peel the ripe banana and place it in a blender.
- Add the pineapple juice, coconut milk, and rum (if using) to the blender.
- Drizzle the honey or agave syrup into the blender to sweeten the drink.
- Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender to chill and thicken the drink.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or alcohol content to your preference.
- Pour the Banana Shack drink into glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry on a toothpick.

Note: If you prefer a non-alcoholic version, you can omit the rum, and the drink will still be refreshing and flavorful. Always drink responsibly if using alcohol.
